Puerto Banus Marina, Costa del Sol
Puerto Banus Marina is considered one of the more "chic" harbours on the Costa del Sol as the marina is used by the rich and famous to moor their super yachts. The marina is surrounded by Andalucian style properties with trendy boutiques, bars, restaurants and night clubs. If a quite berth away from the maddening crowd is what you seek this may not be the best spot for you. But if you want the high life and night life then this has to be the place.
The town is close by and provides shopping, supermarkets, banks and a post office. Within the marina is the excellent nautical club "Club del Mar". The marina is also close to many Golf courses, good beaches and the town of Marbella. A trip into Gibraltar to take advantage of its duty free status and sample a British shopping experiance could be worth while.
Communication is good with the A-7 motorway just a short drive. Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are about a 30 minute drive
