Marina Papagayo is located on the inner most side of Bahia Culebra, Guanacaste Costa Rica. The marina is situated below the hurricane belt. There is a full system with concrete floating docks with heavy duty power, high pressure water supply, sewer pump out on every slip, dock boxes, free wi-fi, intertnet, cable tv and phone system on every slip. Large mega yacht dock for yacht over 80 ft with heavy duty transformers for 208/ 480 V single and three phase power. Land side owner / crew facilities, bar, restaurant, fuel station.

Formalities
On site governmental offices to do all migratory and customs paperwork.
Visiting Yachts Upon your initial entry into the country, you will receive a Temporary Permit for your boat, called the Certificado de Importación Temporal from the Ministry of Finance and Customs (in Spanish, Ministerio de Hacienda y Aduana). This permit is valid for three months. Renewals should be discussed with the marina office prior to the expiration date. Local law prohibits non-Costa Rican flagged boats from operating as commercial charters. Please be aware that government authorities are very strict in this regard, and officials make regular inspections of Los Sueños Marina.
