Marinas in Malta

Malta’s greatest attraction is its location which is slap bang in the middle of the Mediterranean.
The majority of the islanders are fluent in both English and Italian, besides Maltese. Malta is an independent state with a democratically elected parliament, and is the southernmost state of the European Union. Its political and commercial significance is underlined by the frequent and regular flights to major European, North African and Middle Eastern cities available through international airlines.

Malta welcomes many tourist each year and has an ideal climate for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits Facilities around the island include an 18-hole golf course at the Royal Malta Golf Club - one of the oldest outside the UK. Tennis and squash courts are easy to find, as are cricket grounds and innumerable swimming pools. Many of the larger hotels have also created gyms and spas to meet visitors’ demands.

Communication is good, there are regular ferry services between Malta and Genoa, Salerno and Tunisia, as well as a high speed ferry link with Sicily.

If you are flying in, the marina is approximately 15 minutes from Malta International Airport, which enjoys direct connections with most major European cities through Air Malta and other airlines. (There are also aviation facilities for chartered and private jets.)
